How to Upload Videos to Your MemoGlobe

🟩 Step 1: Crop your video

Make sure your video is square (1:1 ratio) so it fits perfectly on the screen.
📱 On phone: open it in your photo/video app → “Edit” → “Crop” → choose Square.
💻 On PC: use any video editor or viewer.

🟦 Step 2: Resize it to 480 × 480 pixels

To make playback smooth, resize your video using 👉 video-converter.com
and set the resolution to 480×480.

🟨 Step 3: Connect your MemoGlobe

1. Make sure the MemoGlobe is turned off.
2. Plug it into your phone or laptop using the data cable.
3. Long-press the power button until you see the 🔌 USB logo appear.

🟧 Step 4: Transfer the videos

1. Open your Files (phone) or File Explorer (computer).
2. A new drive called “USB Storage” will pop up.
3. Open it → go to the “Video” folder.
4. Drag and drop your cropped & resized videos there.

🟥 Step 5: Safely disconnect

When finished, eject or unplug your MemoGlobe safely.

4. Rename it to “Picture.”

1. Open the new “Picture” folder.
2. Drag and drop your cropped & resized photos inside.

🟪 Step 6: Safely disconnect

After the transfer, eject or unplug your MemoGlobe safely.
